Bhutani Bayview Film City

A noteworthy development is the selection of the Bhutani Group, a real estate developer connected to Bayview Projects, as the concessionaire for the proposed international film city, known as Bhutani Film City, close to Noida airport. This Bhutani Film City project, which is situated along the Yamuna Expressway, is the result of a public-private partnership (PPP) with the government of Uttar Pradesh. With innovative features, the Bhutani Film City aims to be the greatest in the world, according to Ashish Bhutani, CEO of the Bhutani Group. An 18% portion of the project’s profits is expected to go to the government. The entire project is expected to be finished in eight years, with the studio and film institute expected to be completed in three years.
